This event is an international meeting held every four years by the International Union of Nutrition Sciences (IUNS).
Professor Dr. Hisanori Kato, who is working with ALMADO on Eggshell Membrane research, will serve as the organizing committee chairman, and Tokyo has been chosen as the venue for this conference.
Among the experts attending the event from all over the world, ALMADO set up a booth where Professor Kato and Professor Dr. Atomi. held a seminar on Eggshell Membrane and its beauty and health effects.
