We are pleased to announce that our company has reached a basic agreement with Taiko Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., known for its trademark trumpet logo, to explore collaborative business opportunities aimed at further expanding the market for products containing eggshell membrane.

ALMADO and Taiko Pharmaceutical share a common goal of focusing on improving gut health and contributing to society through the prevention of diseases. On March 28, 2017, the two companies signed their first basic agreement for a business partnership, with an expiration date of March 31, 2018. Since then, we have initiated a joint development project for eggshell membrane products and have been conducting ongoing discussions to realize collaborative business opportunities.
We are pleased to announce that we have signed a renewed basic agreement for a business partnership and have reached a basic consensus to continue exploring collaborative projects related to eggshell membrane products.
