Notice regarding approval of listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Jasdaq Market

Almado Inc., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toshikazu Aranishi) is pleased to announce that Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo Stock Exchange") has approved the initial listing of the company's shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Jasdaq Market today.

The company plans to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on Thursday, June 24, 2021, and its shares will be available for trading on the exchange from that date onwards.
